We aim to reply to reply to booking requests almost immediately, but you
will get an automatic response from us within an hour and can certainly expect a
sub 24hr response giving a full reply. However, if you've not received a reply,
or you're making a last minute booking and you're concerned over timescales,
it's possible we may not have got to our emails and so not received your request,
so please do feel free to contact us by phone. Opening times for drop-offs
and pick-ups are: 09:00-10:00 (am) and 17:00-18:00 (pm)
Monday to Saturday. Please specify your preferred
collection/delivery times
if you select that as an option in the Booking Notes, also please provide your
post code, so we can be clear on where you live, if you're a new customer. We
are shut on Sundays and Bank Holidays for drop-offs
and pick-ups.
